This is the Almost All American Seitan Pot Pie from Veganomicon. If it tastes as good as it looks, then I will have been successful! Amy rolled out and patted in the crusts so I had a lot of help. It's pretty work intensive, but it was a work of love! Time to eat!
Update: I think we handled the crust too much - it was a bit thick and tough, and I didn't like the cornmeal, I should have used a finer grade of it (White cornmeal instead of yellow). The inside was quite good, even though Amy said she thought I had used too much soy sauce with the seitan, which I agree with. Plenty of food for thought for the next time I make this.
